Heather Morgan, Family Minister

Heather Morgan is Family Minister to all ages and stages at St. Peter’s, where she serves as a Level I (ages 3-6) and Level II (ages 6-9) catechist of the Good Shepherd. She enjoys seeing Scripture come to life working in the Atrium, a place prepared for the spiritual formation of children in response to their unspoken request, “Help me come close to God on my own.” She has also taught / tutored grades K-12 in various subjects, including English and Spanish, where she often ponders with students the mystery of Christ, the Word made Flesh, who explains the Father. Heather was first drawn to Anglican worship because it engages the five senses and provides a handrail back to Christ through daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and yearly cycles. She currently enjoys learning about and practicing multigenerational discipleship.
