We invite you to “keep the feast” with us. The Church Year is a way for us to experience green pastures, still waters, and soul-restoring times of fellowship at the table our Good Shepherd prepares for us…even in the valleys, shadows, and the presence of our enemies.

Please use this link to access our calendar, color-coded by liturgical season, including seasonal themes and special events. You may notice that in addition to purple for Lent, we also use blue for Advent, the color of waiting with Mary and Joseph for the arrival of Christ in the incarnation.

We modify this song to allow for our traditional Advent blue:

Purple, blue and green, red and white are the colors of the year!

Purple, blue and green, red and white remind us of the light!

Purple & blue for preparation, white is for a celebration,

Green is for the growing time, red is for Pentecost!

Purple, blue and green, red and white are the colors of the year.

Purple, blue and green, red and white remind us of the light!
